A 8.5mm x 7mm natural gray-lavender star sapphire (2.68ct), purchased twenty years ago on a buying trip to Thailand and originating from the Mogok mines, is prong set in this matte finished 14K white gold mounting. In the right light, the stone has a very strong six pointed star. The ring itself is incredibly low profile and would be an easy everyday piece.
